A post every day keeps the doctor away.

When I was 13, I wanted a tattoo of a chinese dragon on my back. Luckily, I have somewhat matured since then.

Two things that are really making my Saturday morning feel great:

1. You guys. I really thought no one read this anymore so it has been reassuring and lovely and downright surprising to see some of you pop up to say, “I’m still here!” It’s making me feel all warm and gooey inside. I really appreciate you.

2. This proposal video. Harper and I have now watched it about four times and although my crying is slowing down, I bawled like a ridiculous mess the first time around. Love is good.

YAY! I’m so glad you’re back!

Just when you think you’ve seen everything in today’s world of constant video streaming, along comes something new and original and clever and warm and funny and many more adjectives. Thank you for sharing this. I never look for videos to watch but I was just delighted to see this. I didn’t cry, but my eyes got wet.

And I was sure the lyrics said “dancing Jews” but I looked it up and it was “dancing juice”. I prefer “dancing Jews”. They were absolutely brilliant.

How he got all those people to actually perform is amazing. Getting 60 people who are friends and family can be done, but getting 60 people who are friends and family actually perform is amazing.

Thanks, it was a great start to my day.

dear leah, my whole family was so sad when we thought your bloggy blog was gone. now my heart is happy:) jenny.

Hi! I feel silly admitting this, but I’m a complete stranger who has been reading your blog since I was 14 six years ago (I actually read your LiveJournal back then). I love it. I miss the semi-daily updates about Harper, Taylor, and your friends, your photography adventures, and silly life anecdotes. Anyway, I just wanted to say that along with the other dozens of readers, I was sad to see the blank page, and I hope you keep this thing going.

Seeeeeeee, you’ve been missed! You got people in the habit of a daily update for…two years? Three? Old habits die hard, lady!

You know I’ve been reading your blog since we were both in our teens! So bizarre! I am turning 30 next month. NEXT MONTH. WTF! If your blog didn’t make it to my 30th birthday something would be wrong in the world. :)

I have been a reader for awhile now but I hardly ever comment and I’m super glad you’re not gone!!!

So glad you are back! What a great marriage proposal. You have made my evening even better. I love and miss you!

That video was amazing! What a lucky lady. :)

That video… is the best. I love proposal videos but that’s probably gotta be my favourite.

love love love that proposal!

Come on back!

Remember the time you said you’d start blogging again?
